Real estate developer Godrej Properties is all set to launch a 100-acre township project in Greater Noida. It has partnered with AR Landcraft to develop 100-acre golf-centric township project in Greater Noida. This will mark the entry of the Indian business house’s Godrej Properties into the Greater Noida real estate market. Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, plans to develop a township with 9-hole golf course on this land parcel with a saleable area of about 4 million sq ft.
The Godrej new launch Greater Noida township project located at Sector 27 in Great Noida, will be a low-density development with multi-storied apartments and villas. Godrej is already present in Gurgaon and has delivered several projects in Gurgaon and across the country. This will be GPL’s seventh project in Delhi-NCR.
