The National Green Tribunal today (7 April 2015) directed “immediate” stoppage of construction activity in specific stretch of areas in Noida Extension and Gurgaon by taking note of media reports on air pollution caused by building activities.
The National Green Tribunal latest order on Noida Extension construction ban is open to interpratations on what exactly is the “2 km stretch from NH24 to Charmurti Chowk in
NOIDA Extension and Golf course road, Gurgaon”.

For those who have a flat in Noida Extension, you can use the map and the ruler to see if your property falls in the 2-km stretch from NH-24 to Char Murti Chowk (Gaur Golchakkar or Kisan Chowk). All Gaur City projects are obviously affected. Apart from that, Ajnara Homes, Panchsheel Greens 1, Supertech Ecovillage 2, RG Luxury Homes (just at the limit), etc also affected. Ajnara Le Garden, Panchsheel Greens 2, Supertech Ecovillage 3 should be safe.
