According to the latest news, ATS Group is going to launch a new project in Sector 150, Noida Expressway. Purportedly named “Pious Hideaways” (what’s in a name?), the project is part of ATS Group’s Homekraft Infra.
The new residential project is another project by ATS in already buzzing Sector 150 on Noida Greater Noida Expressway. ATS already has a few projects under the parent brand in the sector. Some of its other projects are ATS Pristing, Picturesque Reprieves, and Le Grandiose.
With ATS HomeKraft Pious Hideaways, Homekraft is the latest entrant in the Sector 150 neighourhood, with several developers already present here. Among the latest project by other developers in the sector are Yoo by Tribeca, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, Tata and Godrej Properties.
Though there are plenty of options available in the area, ATS has an advantage of being a seasoned player in the location. Many of ATS Homekraft Pious Hideaways competitors in the sector are new entrants in Noida location.
ATS is aggressively looking at expansion in the mid-range residential housing segment, with strong positioning of Homekraft. The company has HDFC Capital Advisors as one of its equity holder, which invested in the company for a share / stake.
Homekraft’s new project will have 3BHK apartments in at least 3 variations. All thee apartments enjoy great views and have just two-three apartments on every floor. Each tower will have adequate lifts, and will be 27 to 31 stories tall. The apartments will be equipped with all modern amenities and facilities within the apartment complex for a good life of its residents.
