Cyberthum by Bhutani Group: Commercial Project in Sector 140A, Noida (Expressway)

Bhutani Cyberthum, Noida is the latest commercial project set to be launched in Noida Expressway by Bhutani Infra / Bhutani Group.

After the run-away success of Alphathum Noida, Bhutani Infra is all set to replicate the success with a new launch commercial project in the same location of Noida Expressway. Bhutani Cyberthum will be launched in Sector 140A, Noida, which is just adjoining Noida Greater Noida Expressway, FNG Expressway and in close proximity of two metro stations of the new Aqua Line (Greater Noida metro line) going to be operational soon.

The new commercial project by Bhutani Group will have TWO ICONIC TOWERS with 46 FLOORS, making it one of the tallest projects in Delhi-NCR. With the new project, the Delhi-NCR skyline will have one new magnificent addition.

Cyberthum Noida will come up on a land parcel spread across 27 acres, adjacent to prime residential neighborhoods and IT office hub. Both the factors, along with excellent  connectivity with the rest of Delhi-NCR, the project is expected to become a huge success with investors as well as end-users. Its location and great catchment for potential users, the project has all the ingredients to become a commercial success, offering huge return on investment (ROI).

In the last project, Bhutani Infra has been able to maintain a very rapid construction, beating the promised timelines. The project (2 towers) is to be delivered in 2019, and the building structures of the towers are already complete. It will be able to deliver the project well in advance, beating the deadline for delivery.

In terms of selling price, the project has achieved an appreciation in excess of 25% within 2 years. This capital appreciation is in addition to the assured income earned by the investors.
